DEANA PEÑA
Deana brings a wealth of experience and a focus on well-being to her personal training. With a background as a competitive swimmer for 9 years and involvement in multiple sports, she transitioned to strength training and found her passion in CrossFit, earning her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer credential in 2010. She coached at a CrossFit gym from 2015 to 2020 and now focuses on functional bodybuilding to help clients reach their fitness goals.
Deana understands the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy life, having spent a decade in the corporate world. She believes in the power of movement to relieve stress and improve overall well-being. As a certified Jump Rope Coach and Mobility Coach, Deana works closely with clients to create personalized, sustainable training programs that fit their needs and help them feel their best.

CHRIS MULLEN
With four decades of fitness experience, including 28 years as a successful personal trainer, Chris brings invaluable knowledge to his clients.
He has competed in amateur bodybuilding and powerlifting for nearly 15 years. This experience taught him the mental and physical tools needed to succeed and enjoy his journey. It also gave him great insight into how to train effectively and efficiently.
He specializes in biomechanical movement through strength training with free weights and select equipment. His objective is to provide his clients with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve their personal goals and set them on a path to reach them.
